The inventor and patent holder of HIT is engineer Peter Hrapko, 

owner of the European company "INTERMODAL LOGISTICS SOLUTION".
He worked in Slovakia for sixteen years as the head of branches of several multinational logistics companies (P&O Trans European, DANZAS Solution, DHL Logistics, ESA Logistika). In 2007, Peter Hrapko started working at the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic, where he served as the Director of Transport Strategy and Head of the Working Group for the Belt and Road Initiative. He completed three training courses in China and is currently a visiting professor at the Shandong University of Foreign Trade.
